Our office in Costa del Este was developed with a design focused on collaboration and efficiency. Unlike a typical office, this redesign adapts to our collaborative dynamic, encouraging more efficient operations through the use of technology. In many businesses, like ours, clients don't visit the office; instead, they're visited. Our office is more of a "workshop." This allows us to replace standard meeting rooms with 1 to 3-person "phonebooths" for quiet digital meetings.
Our workspaces have been carefully designed to merge openness and security. Designed as open spaces, each collaborator has their workspace without feeling isolated. The desk structure not only provides spaciousness but also becomes a tangible reminder of our collective responsibility.
Rather than placing the kitchenette, printing area, and meeting room on the office perimeter, we positioned them in the center, acting as a dividing core among workstations, providing a natural distancing. This approach not only maximizes space but also encourages proximity and collaboration.
