CLOSE TO THE SKY

This vacation residence located in Altos del María is located on a fairly steep terrain, which became a main guideline for the conceptual design. From the beginning, it was decided to intervene on the ground as little as possible to reduce the cost of moving stone. Despite only covering 150 m2, the structure was designed in an elongated way to broaden the view of the entire space. The materials contemplated that stand out for this work were stone and wood, selected due to the harmony with the place where the house is located. The residence has amenities such as a Jacuzzi and a terrace with a view of nature. In addition, the design takes into account the installation of solar panels in the future and rainwater harvesting.
