Located in Costa del Este, the new branch of OPTICA LOPEZ transforms a previously underutilized corner of the complex into a strategic, high-value commercial space. The project leverages its corner condition to open toward multiple fronts, maximizing visibility and its relationship with the surrounding context.

The design is organized around a central element, an “island” service desk that articulates circulation in an intuitive and efficient way, allowing for a smooth experience for both clients and staff. This gesture not only optimizes the functionality of the space, but also visually structures the interior.

The material language is defined by curved wood millwork, bringing warmth and continuity while maintaining a coherent dialogue with the existing architecture of the lobby and the complex. The proposal integrates lighting, transparency, and open views to consolidate a contemporary, accessible, and commercially active environment.
