Town Center is a high quality mall where the user will not only buy, but live an experience. The Central Bridge project seeks to create a space for multiple uses that serve the customers and users of Town Center.

DIAZ DIAZ is working on the 440 m2 Central Bridge project, as an open space for events and “pop ups” that constantly generate traffic inside Town Center. The goal is to achieve loyalty to visitors and stay longer in Town Center. This project also creates an alternative space for the rainy season where many outdoor activities cannot be carried out.

Design decisions must allow the space to be transformed for use from markets, music shows, press conferences, artistic and cultural exhibitions, theater, fashion events, to fitness classes.
