DIAZ DIAZ was in charge of the design and strategy that would allow the development of the initial phase of the building, understanding the following stages of the development of the B1S area of Metro Park. For us it was essential that the client could count on the availability of square meters of space for rent without having to invest in the complete development of the area from the beginning.

The proposal seeks to create a building that is an extension of the environment and that invites the user to actively participate in the proposed space. The project features a light roof, a garden terrace and a glass side atrium.
